Ten years ago, I was a newly minted healthcare professional on the road to healing the world and taking care of my newborn son. I live in the midwest and have really found a love of cooking. Coming from my family, that’s really kind of surprising. I wanted to start this page to share tips, tricks, recipes and some helpful hints that I’ve picked up along my journey, and about my life and my take on things I find odd, amusing, or just plain stupid. And let me tell ya, this is one serious journey! As with all trips, there have been bumps along the way, but for the most part it’s been a really good ride.
Now buckle up and hang on, things can get pretty wild when I’m around! Keep checking back, You never know what’s going to happen next!
